How much should I expect to pay for Henry A. Davidsen garments? We highly suggest that you make an appointment with us prior to coming in so that we may provide you with the personalized attention necessary for a proper consultation. While we accommodate walk-ins any time we’re able and are more than happy to make same-day appointments when time slots are open, we cannot guarantee our availability without an appointment.
First-time consultations for suits and sport coats generally take 90 minutes. This typically gives us enough time to consult, educate, design, and measure. The timing may be more or less depending on how long we take to select fabrics and/or design garments.
First-time appointments for other garments typically last about an hour.
Appointment times for repeat clients who do not require measuring will vary based on the size and complexity of the order.
No. Once we have a custom pattern in your file (or measurements and alterations on file for made-to-measure clients), we can skip measurements and focus solely on garment selection and design.
If you’ve gained or lost weight or had any other bodily change, please let us know and we’ll be happy to double-check measurements.
If you’re a repeat client, we’re happy to work with you via email and phone to place new custom orders. In fact, we’re proud to boast a roster of “long-distance relationships” with clients who started with us when they lived locally and stayed with us long after they moved away.
Ground shipping is always complimentary on custom orders.
We do not yet offer e-commerce through our website, but are working towards that. We are happy to take remote orders via email or phone and ship to anywhere convenient for you.
Indeed we will. Please contact us to discuss your needs and schedule.
