Exceptional in every way. This was my first experience getting fitted for a custom shirt, and Brian guided me through everything with the utmost class and professionalism. I had a shirt made quite a few years back, but I remember the experience very well -- the showroom, the sample materials, and my first education on the attributes of a good shirt. I landed on a yellow shirt, with French cuffs, a semi-spread collar, no pocket, and side pleats in the back (much more comfortable). Still looks good (and still fits) all these years later. Great service and a high-quality product. I worked with Michael who painstakingly explained all the options of designing a custom suit - everything from the buttons to the slant on the pockets. The suit fits like a glove! It is comfortable and feels very natural. Just a pleasure to wear. Michael has been very helpful with tips on maintenance and cleaning and he even taught me how to tie a bow tie. Buying a suit has been a great investment and a pleasure.
